Service and provider

Stocknet API is operated by CB5 Capital AB. It provides company identities, filing metadata, original reports, deterministic document text and literal keyword search for financial agents. These terms apply to accounts and subscriptions purchased through Stocknet.

Accounts and API keys

Provide accurate account information. Keep your password and API keys private. You are responsible for authorised use of your account. Revoke compromised keys in the dashboard and contact support if you cannot access your account. Do not bypass limits, interfere with the service or access another customer's information.

Subscription and usage

The Free plan includes 1,000 successful data requests per calendar month, resetting on the first at 00:00 UTC. No payment card is required. Stocknet Premium costs USD 29 per month and includes 10,000 successful data requests per billing month. Stocknet Pro costs USD 59 per month and includes 100,000. Applicable taxes are displayed and added at checkout. Existing USD 49 subscriptions retain their agreed price and allowance. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Paid billing months follow your subscription dates rather than calendar months. Free and paid allowances are not combined. Cancelled or expired paid accounts return to Free and retain the free usage already counted in that calendar month. Unused requests do not carry over. Each completed company search, company/coverage read, filing listing/detail, original download, text/page read and keyword search returning HTTP 200 or 206 consumes one request. Repeated and cached calls count. Errors and HTTP 202 pending retrievals do not count. Capabilities, usage, OpenAPI, request history and request traces do not consume the monthly allowance; rate limits still apply.

There are no automatic overage charges. Data requests are blocked when the allowance is exhausted. You can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through Billing in the dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. For refunds, billing mistakes or payment problems, contact support. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Consumer withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an initial distance subscription contract. To exercise it, contact hello@stocknet.ai with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, your account email and purchase date. We do not ask you to waive mandatory withdrawal rights. This is separate from cancelling a future renewal in the billing portal.

Data quality and source rights

Coverage and processing times vary by company, report and period. Metadata and machine-extracted text may contain errors or omissions. PDF reading order and table layout may be imperfect; OCR and financial interpretation are not provided. Check original reports before relying on their contents. Missing results do not establish that a disclosure does not exist. Stocknet does not provide personalised investment advice, brokerage or guaranteed investment outcomes.

Original reports remain subject to their owners' rights and the terms of their sources. API access does not grant ownership of original reports or unrestricted redistribution rights. Check applicable source rights before republishing material.

Availability and changes

Availability can be affected by processing, maintenance and external providers. We may update endpoints and documentation. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they affect a subsequent billing period. Access may be suspended for payment failure, abuse or security concerns. Contact support to resolve account or service issues.
